Jamal Rutledge was arrested on probation violation and other
felony charges back in September. When he was waiting to be booked and for Officer
Franklin Foulks to finish his paperwork officer Foulks went down. Once Jamal
saw the officer on the ground after his heart attack he got up and started
yelling for help and making noise to get the attention of the other officers. After
the officer got in the room they started CPR and called an EMT.
Facts in this story
. He had a heart attack
2 .
Jamal was a regular
3 .
It was in Fort Lauderdale, Florida
One important point in this story is the Jamal is a regular
there and he knew the officer. Like if he was like the first time he might have
not cared of even felt like he should have helped. The second one is that it is
in Florida and Florida is the arm pit of America.
This article has no bias in this story it is a feel good
story that even though there in the hammer they can still be good people. My thoughts
on this is that it’s good that someone was there for that officer and did
something about it.
Maybe add a little bit more to why the facts are important.
