Indianapolis Colts linebacker Josh McNary charged with rape

The Indianapolis Colt backup linebacker was charged with felony rape. When he raped a 29 year old woman on the evening of December 1.  They meat when they were at a bar earlier that day.  As she left the apartment she took this man’s phone. She went to the police with burses and cuts on her face and gave them the phone she took from the apartment. Linking the phone with Josh McNary.

Important facts.

1.       Josh McNary served in the military from 2011 to 2013.

2.       The National Football League said the matter is "under review."

3.       The woman scratched him on the face, neck, back and shoulder.

These facts are important to the story because it shows us what McNary’s background is and what the NFL is doing about it. One of the important facts is that the woman told police that she scratched him on his face, neck, back and shoulder areas. This helped them when they examined McNary’s body for any sings of scratching. Another important fact is that she took his phone when she left the apartment. It helped the police figure out who did this in a short amount of time.

This article is biased in a way that they did not right it to make it sound like he was innocent. They wrought it like he’s going for jail for a long time and there is nothing he can do about it. My thoughts on this article is that I’m glad they caught him and did not have to waist a lot of time on this case.
